2nd Interfaith Dialogue Dinner at UGA
November 8, 7:00-9:30 pm, Tate Gallery, UGA
IFCO will host the 2nd Annual Interfaith Dialogue Dinner at UGA on November 9, 2006. The interfaith dinner serves IFCO's aim of promoting mutual understanding and dialogue between students from different religions and cultures.
The event was held at Tate Gallery between 7.00-9.30 pm. The dinner started with a brief speech about IFCO’s mission and purposes. It then continued in a friendly environment where everybody got a chance to meet other fellow students from different cultural and religious backgrounds and tasted Turkish food followed by a traditional dessert, Turkish Baklava.
Turkish meals have been cooked and served by volunteer IFCO members. We thank all our guests who made this event possible by attending our dinner and here are some pictures from this event.
